1. 优秀的绝热性能。导热系数远低于传统材料,相同使用条件下是传统硅钙板、纤维棉材料的一半左右,节能效益明显。大化减少设备散热,降低热工窑炉的能耗,提高窑炉生产效率 Excellent insulation performance. The coefficient of thermal conductivity is much lower than of traditional materials. Under the same conditions of use, it is about half of that of traditional calcium silicate board and fiber materials, with obvious energy-saving benefits. Minimize heat dissipation of equipment, reduce energy consumption of thermal kilns, and improve kiln production efficiency.

与常规材料对比Compared with conventional materials

1:纳米绝热砖具备更高的绝热性能。800°C导热系数在0.082左右,是硅酸钙保温板的一半。规模以上硅酸钙保温板厂家,质量较优情况下HCS20型硅酸钙板导热系数800°C热面为0.15左右,对比之下该材料更具有保温优势。同等施工厚度会有更低的冷面温度,降低系统散热损耗,具有显著的节能效益;如有扩容和工艺方面的考虑,在维持相同的冷面温度情况下保温层的厚度可以减小一半左右。Nano insulation brick has better insulation performance. The thermal conductivity of 800C is about 0.082, which is half that of calcium silicate board (0.15 at 800C of HCS20). The same construction thickness will have lower cold surface temperature, reduce the heat dissipation loss of the system, and have significant energy saving benefits. If there are expansion and technological considerations, the thickness of the insulation layer can be reduced by about half while maintaining the same cold surface temperature.

2:该型产品的强度随使用温度的上升而上升,高温状态下有很好的整体性强度。The strength of this type of product increase with the increase of the use temperature, and has good integrity strength under high temperature.

Construction suggestion

本材料用于保温层宜采用干砌This material is suitable for dry masonry by laying bricks or stones for insulation layer.

一:砌筑前的检查工作Inspection before laying

(1)砌筑前,炉窑壳体及相关附件应安装完毕并经工序检查合格Before laying, the furnace shell and relevant accessories shall be installed and passed the process inspection.

(2)当在壳壁与砌体之间的狭窄部位填充砌筑时,必须清除空间内的砖屑,泥浆及其他杂物When filling masonry in the narrow part between the shell wall and masonry, the bricks, mud and other sundries in the space must be completely removed.

二:砌筑方法Masonry method

(1)施工时应以炉窑壳体或前道砌体为导面进行砌筑,如有障碍物应进行加工处理During construction, the kiln shell or front masonry shall be used as the guide surface for masonry, and any obstacles shall be processed.

(2)如无设计要求,除砌筑管道内衬上部、固定圆筒设备的内衬上半圆及锥形内衬可用环砌法外,其余均应采用错峰砌筑 If there is no design requirement, except that the upper part of the lining of the pipeline and the upper semi-circle and conical lining of the lining of the fixed cylinder equipment can be built by ring method, the rest shall be built by staggered peaks.

(3)配合浇注料使用的场合,由于有锚固件,产品宽度需和锚固件间距等宽,采用一般的耐火胶泥固定施工即可,施工的要领基本上同硅酸钙板。不同之处是,纳米隔热板不能让水进入,所以,施工中要保留外面的防水塑料保护层。纳米隔热板有在现场需要切割的情况,切口处必须采用玻璃透明胶带及时密封防水 When used with castable, due to the anchoring parts, the product width should be equal to the spacing between the anchoring parts, and the construction can be fixed with common refractory cement. The construction essentials are basically the same as calcium silicate board. The difference is that nano heat insulation board cannot allow water to enter, so the waterproof plastic protective layer should be kept outside during construction. The nano heat insulation board needs to be cut on site, and the cut must be sealed and waterproof with transparent glass tape in time.
